How does your grocery shopping service work?

We will call to confirm your order and schedule the best delivery time for you.


How do I pay for my groceries?
When your groceries are ordered, you can prepay by credit card or pay by cash upon delivery.
Your receipt will be attached to your order when delivered.


Where do you deliver?
We serve the area within a 15 mile radius of Harvest Health Foods.


What are your business hours?
You can place orders by phone Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Email orders can be placed
anytime it’s convenient for you.


What is your delivery schedule?
All deliveries are made between 11AM - 5PM and Monday through Saturday. We recommend
you place your order as early as possible to ensure your groceries can be delivered on the day
and time you choose.


Can you deliver on the same day every week?
Yes, we encourage you to pick a regular delivery day, as we can then schedule deliveries more
efficiently.


What does your service cost?
Our grocery shopping and delivery service costs only $15 for personal shopping and delivery.
Tips are welcome.


Do you offer any senior discounts?
Yes, seniors receive a discount of 10% for supplements.


How far in advance do I need to place my grocery order?
We require 24 hours notice in order to be able to schedule shopping and delivery for the next
day. If you need your groceries immediately, there is a same day delivery fee.
I did not receive an item on my list, or the quantity or brand purchased was incorrect.
Contact us by phone during business hours so we can get your order corrected.


Do I have to be present at delivery time?
Normally yes. If you have set up a regular weekly grocery delivery schedule and supplied us
with a key, we can place your order inside, with perishable food stored in the refrigerator.


If an item of my choice is not available, will you purchase a substitute?
Yes, with your permission. Here’s how it works:

  • If you do not specify a brand, we will choose one.
  • If you do not specify a size, the smaller size will be purchased.
  • If the product is out of stock, we will try to substitute with a comparable product when
  • possible.
  • We would be happy to special order a product if it is out of stock in the store.
  • If you do not want any substitutions, please let us know.
